Train with Team Ordinary for the St Jude Memphis Marathon or Half-Marathon!
This is a 16-week training program that will have you crossing the finish line for either a full marathon or half marathon on December 2, 2022. While many of us are participating in the St. Jude Memphis Marathon or Half-Marathon, it is not a pre-requisite to participating in this workshop. Train alongside the team for whatever your goals may be.
You will receive an e-mail on Monday, Aug will be emailed a link to our first ZOOM meeting along with the training plans for the race. ZOOM calls will occur at various times between now and race day, December 3, 2022, typically on Monday nights.
This total WORKSHOP includes:
-A 16-week training plan for full or half-marathons with a race day of December 3.
-Access to Coach Scott from Team Ordinary for guidance and questions regarding the training plan.
-Access to Sports Dietitian Allison Knott for questions on nutrition and diet for training.
-A community of goal-oriented and like-minded athletes for camaraderie and support.
